Your ledger is yours.
This page says, in plain language, what Atlas Analytics collects, what it never touches, and how to walk away with your data. It covers the marketing site, the onboarding funnel, and the operator dashboards.
What we collect
- Account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google's sign-in service, and we verify the credential with Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- Company profile. The company or restaurant name you type, and the purveyors and POS system you select during setup.
- The numbers you upload. When you drop a POS sales export, the file is parsed in the moment and discarded — the raw file is never stored. Only the extracted figures (dates, line items, quantities, prices, sales totals) land in a ledger scoped to your venue. The same applies to invoices once your purveyor feeds are wired in.
What we never touch
- Payroll records, personal email, and payment credentials — those stay with your providers.
- Your data trains no model unless you explicitly opt in.
- No advertising trackers, no analytics resold to anyone, no selling of your data. Ever.
Where it lives
Your ledger is stored on Cloudflare's US infrastructure, scoped to your venue. Other tenants cannot read it, and neither can the public demo. Sign-in state is a token kept in your own browser's storage — clearing your browser data signs you out.
Third parties we rely on
- Google — sign-in (Google Identity Services) and web fonts.
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and the workers that parse your uploads.
Each processes only what its role requires, under its own privacy terms.
Leaving, and taking your data with you
Disconnecting a purveyor, POS, or your Google account stops collection immediately and leaves the ledger you already built intact. If you want the ledger exported or deleted outright, email us and it will be handled by a person, promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it and account holders hear about it before it takes effect.
