Using Atlas Analytics — the site, the onboarding funnel, and the operator dashboards — means you accept these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right, write to us before you sign up.
What the service is
Atlas reads the operating data you give it — POS sales exports, invoices, order guides — checks the arithmetic, and turns it into a venue-scoped ledger with dashboards and answers on top. It is an early-stage product run by its operator-founder; features will change, and some surfaces are clearly labeled as sample data until your own data lands.
What it is not
- It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice. Atlas shows you your own numbers and the arithmetic behind them; decisions — and filings — are yours and your accountant's.
- It is not a system of record for payroll, payments, or compliance obligations.
- Market research such as the RPVI is informational, built from pooled, de-identified invoice data and public reporting — not a price guarantee.
Your account and your data
- Sign up only for a business you're authorized to represent, and upload only data you have the right to share.
- Your ledger stays yours. What we collect and how to take it with you is covered by the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
- You can disconnect any source or close your account at any time; collection stops immediately.
Fair use
Don't probe, overload, or attempt to access ledgers that aren't yours; don't use the service to break the law; don't resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants' data or the service at risk, and will say why.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but to the maximum extent the law allows, Atlas Analytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for a free account, that's zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes with it and account holders hear about it before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
